Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Ordering Information

Health:

We will provide a health guarantee up to one year old for any genetic health problem you may encounter. We suggest you research the breed as you should any dog you may purchase as all breeds have specific genetic health issues. The most common with the happy cavaliers are heart problems. Our dogs have all been given a clean bill of health by our veterinarian or we would not subject them to breeding. We will only breed our girls once a year.

Contract:

We ask that you sign a contract agreeing to maintain the animals annual shots and check ups. And we also ask that if you ever decide that you are no longer able to care for the dog we want the opportunity to take the dog back if certain requirements are met. We will provide more information and the contract for you to review should you decide that you want a puppy. Our puppies will have had their dewclaws removed, first worming and shots before they leave for their new homes.

Pricing:

The puppy prices will vary according to the mating of the females. The dual registered puppies are slightly higher. Please email us or call for pricing as we post puppies for sale when they are available.

Ordering Process:

We require a non-refundable $200.00 deposit to hold a puppy. This ensures that you are a serious buyer and will eliminate the process of posting a puppy again. And it also allows you to reserve the puppy that you like best. We can ship out of state when necessary, this will of course cause the cost to rise due to the plane fare, crate etc.

Testimonials

After trying to find a Cavalier puppy we found it very frustrating. Everyone we talked to wanted to interview us and would not consider letting us adopt a puppy unless we agreed on spaying or neutering our puppy. We are not planning on breeding but wanted to have that ability if we decided to. When we first talked to Kathy her primary concern was her puppy. She wanted to make sure we could give her the love and attention she needed. After we asked several questions and seeing many of Annie's pictures, we knew we were talking to the right person. After we decided to purchase Annie, Kathy made the process very quick and easy. She sent lots of pictures and a few videos while we were waiting. She shipped her to us in a few days and Annie was exactly what she said. She is very sweet and cuddly. Annie sleeps with us every night, and when she needs to go outside she wakes us up. She is a beautiful, fun, happy puppy and fits into our family perfectly.

I happily discovered Kathy after falling head over heals in love with my sister in laws Cavalier. My experiences with Kathy have all been wonderful. All through Lily?s pregnancy there were e-mails and then after her litter was born I was receiving photos of my puppy and the litter nearly daily. I really felt a part of his daily life, even though I was so far away. After bringing Koda home I was nervous about having a new puppy and Kathy was there with helpful information and web links to sites all about dogs. Kathy even sent reminders when Koda needed his booster shots. From the first day Koda was and will forever be a part of our family. It was only a few months after we had Koda that our family made a decision that we wanted to have another Cavalier, a playmate for Koda. There is no other breeder I would turn to, so I contacted Kathy and we received our second bundle of joy with all of the same experiences. Kali and Koda are happy, healthy and a great addition to our family.

Our pup was selected by the breeder for our family and he is a perfect fit. He is a sturdy lil' guy who can hold his own with a chow chow, black lab, Shih Tzu, a 5 year old boy and a 3 year old girl! He is a really mellow little dog that just loves everyone. Whoever meets him falls in love with him and his charming personality. He was already a very well socialized puppy when we picked him up and made the adjustment to his new home effortlessly. We would definitely recommend the wonderful breed and our knowledgeable breeder.

We have had the best experience with our puppy; from the day she came home she slept in her crate all night. Never cried, you could tell she had had lots of love and attention before we got her. She was just like a baby everything went in the mouth and that got her in a bind once. She seemed to be easy to house break. Very few accidents and now none in a month or so now at just 4 months. I must admit after having her a couple of weeks I thought what did we do? She was so busy and " Hell on Wheels ". We soon learned walks and trips to the beach and exercise wore her out. Now she is sleeping on the couch on her blanket taking several naps during the day.She is the best puppy we have ever had. We have taken her on weekend trips to friends houses and she is always on her good behavior. We have also every weekend had friends and family here. And when they get home the first thing they ask is " How's the puppy" Not how are we doing. Ha! My son would never let me call my cat Mojo his brother, But he let's me call Sedona his sister, he loves her. And so do we. Thank You Kathy for Sedona!!

P.S. Sedona will get to stay at Kathy's for an early Christmas present while we are in Mexico. If it wasn't for Kathy I probably would not have gone.

I feel so lucky to have discovered Kathy Ponce and Stargazer Lily Cavaliers. My puppy, Sophie, is now an integral part of the family. While other breeders I visited treated their dogs as business acquisitions, Kathy loves her pets as companions. Her prices also are very competitive; she seems more interested in making sure the puppies get the best homes than charging excessive fees. She takes wonderful care of her dogs. She was so welcoming, and encouraged me to visit Sophie as much as I wanted before the puppies were old enough to go home. She also emailed me lots of pictures of Sophie, which I loved. Now I can use them in Sophie's scrapbook. Sophie's now almost five months old, and Kathy recently had us over for a play date. It was so fun seeing Sophie interact with Lily and Carson. Kathy is warm and friendly and knowledgeable about the breed. Sophie is a very happy, healthy, well-adjusted puppy. When I brought her home, she was already socialized. As a result, she gets along very well with people, children, cats and other dogs. Kathy did a great job. She continues to be a great resource and provide support for me and the other families who adopted puppies from her first litter. I would recommend her to anyone.
